Moderation Process

GymSync includes social features and 1:1 messaging. We review and act on reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior. GymSync is operated by Muhammed Hasan Keskin; MHK Technology Solutions is a public developer brand, not a separate incorporated legal entity.

Report channels

In-app: “Report user” on a profile or in a conversation, and “Report message” by long-pressing a received message.

Review SLA

Every report is reviewed within a 24-hour target of submission. Urgent reports — credible threats, self-harm indicators, content involving minors, or doxxing — are prioritized ahead of the queue and escalated the same day.

Action ladder

Delete account	Severe abuse, zero-tolerance violations, or repeat offenders

Filing knowingly false reports is itself a violation of the Terms of Use and may trigger the same ladder.

Escalation

Content that may indicate imminent harm or involve minors is acted on immediately (removed/terminated first, documented after) and escalated to the operator (Muhammed Hasan Keskin) for any legally required notification, without waiting for the 24-hour cycle. Legal takedown and law-enforcement requests are routed via [email protected].

Evidence & retention

A message report captures a server-side evidence snapshot at report time, so a report stays actionable even if the reported account or message is later deleted.
Reports you filed are removed with your account if you delete it.
Resolved reports are retained for 180 days, then removed.

Report data is handled per the Privacy Policy; report details are never exported outside our moderation tooling except where legally required.
