GymSync is operated by Muhammed Hasan Keskin under the MHK Technology Solutions brand. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Muhammed Hasan Keskin (“GymSync”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the GymSync mobile application. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Guest mode provides local-only functionality; social features require an account.

2. User-generated content (UGC)

GymSync includes social features — profiles, buddy connections, shared workout activity, and 1:1 messaging. Content you create is your responsibility. You agree not to post or send content that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens, or degrades another person;
• is sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, or violent;
• is spam, deceptive, or impersonates another person or entity;
• violates any law or the rights of others (including privacy and IP rights);
• attempts to collect other users’ personal data or push-notification capabilities.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate Section 2 — without prior notice where necessary to protect other users.

4. Reporting and blocking

• You can report any user profile or any received message from inside the app. Reports are reviewed by our team; reviews are targeted within 24 hours of submission.
• You can block any user at any time. Blocking hides the user from your social surfaces, prevents new requests, and suppresses their notifications to you.
• Report concerns can also be sent to [email protected].
• Filing knowingly false reports is itself a violation of these Terms.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We act on verified violations with measures proportionate to severity: content removal, warnings, feature restriction, or account termination. Evidence attached to a report (for example a reported message snapshot) is retained for moderation purposes as described in the Privacy Policy, even if the reported account is later deleted. 6. Not medical advice

GymSync provides fitness planning, logging, technique cues, and general injury-risk-reduction guidance. It is not a medical device or medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting an exercise or nutrition program; stop exercising and seek professional help if you experience pain or discomfort. See also the Privacy Policy.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. A web-based deletion request path is documented at https://legal.gym-sync.net/delete-account (or email [email protected]).

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect with a new version identifier; continued use after being asked to re-accept the new version constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination, disclaimers, liability

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. The app is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The operator is Muhammed Hasan Keskin.
